born to be online store currently delivers within Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan) and Singapore.
We also deliver to other countries, plese contact us for more details.
Orders will be dispatched on the next business day following the online purchase. Business hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm, and does not include Saturday, Sunday or any public holidays. Orders placed during non-working hours will be dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery Time Frame
West Malaysia: 1-3 business days
East Malaysia: 5-7 business days
Singapore : 5 -10 business days
Delays might occur during sale periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events.
Once your online purchase has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number for you to track your delivery.
Born to be is not responsible for rejected parcels delivered to incorrect delivery addresses provided at the time of ordering. Resending/additional cost incurred will be charged to the customer.

Flat rate of MYR 12
RM25 per KG.
Extra RM10 will chage for every additioanl 1 KG.
Exchange & Return Policy
We are happy to consider any exchange or return request made within 10 days from the purchase date. To be eligible, your item must be in the original condition, unopened and in its original packaging. We will also require the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate an exchange or return, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label together with instructions on how to return the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A foolproof way to receive your exchange is to submit a return request and place a new order when the return is accepted.
Our return policy applies when a wrong item is delivered, or item is broken/defective in the process of delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund to your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and return the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your parcel upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible for you.
